La Villetta Villa' is a delightful cozy and private B&B very close to a beautiful beach and near Pula in Sardinia.  After the Covid pandemic start again the yoga retreat for another gorgeous week of yoga, good company, good food and good times! 

Why naked?:

Nakedness is beautiful, sensuous, nurturing, joyous and fun. 

One of the core concepts of yoga is self-acceptance. What better way to connect with, accept and even celebrate our own bodies than to be nude?
Nudity awakens the senses, enabling us to fully experience and enjoy our physicality: things such as the delicacy of the air moving over our skin and the deep strength and muscular engagement of a full stretch… and so much more.

What's included:

• 5 nights accommodation (based on two guests sharing a king -size double room), arrive Thursday, depart Tuesday

The Skin on Skin Yoga:

This holiday will feature Skin-on-Skin yoga: the practice of working in pairs or small groups. There’s no need to arrive with a partner/pair… you’ll be paired up with (several) other men during the course of the sessions. If you’re attending as a couple you’ll need to be willing to be paired with and to work with all the men in the group.

It’s very valuable to see your own movements reflected in others. It helps build trust and self-confidence. You can learn a huge amount about your own practice, for example, by helping a less experienced yogi into a pose or from receiving the help of a fellow student. It also makes a very direct connection with one of yoga’s guiding principles: connecting with yourself while at the same time connecting with the people and things around you.

Inevitably, there’s a degree of intimacy in some of the paired poses. As ever, we’ll celebrate sexual energy as an important life force in the workshops but we’ll be guided by knowing the difference between enjoying a surge of sexual energy and turning that into a sexual act.

What to wear/Bring:

• It's a naked retreat, but bear in mind it's late in the season so it might not be boiling hot in the evenings! Bring a pashmina! ;-) 
•  Insect repellent - the area is not known for troublesome bugs, but the yoga will be outside so be prepared.

How many students will there be? 

The retreat is limited to 10 yogis.  I expect demand to be high, so get in early!
